Application

All development in Lake, Middleton, or Perrysburg Township that disturbs an acre or greater of ground as part of a single, or common plan of development must undergo storm water pollution prevention plan (SWP3) review by the Wood County Engineer. This includes individual lots within a platted subdivision (common plan of development).

 

In order to facilitate this process, the Wood County Engineer asks that you complete the following form, and submit it with your SWP3.

 

Effective January 2, 2017, the Wood County Engineer will require that all SWP3 submittals use the TMACOG SWP3 Submittal Coversheet which is linked below:

Wood County's Sediment & Erosion Control regulations work in parallel to Ohio EPA's Construction General Permit (CGP).

Both the Ohio EPA's CGP, and Wood County's Sediment & Erosion Control make reference to the Ohio Department of Natural Resource's Rainwater and Land Development Manual as a guide for the use and implementation of storm water best management practices.
